Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Strategic Business Building Solutions (SBBS).

1. One-Time Services (Cleanups, Tax Prep)

Because these services require significant time and upfront work:

Payments for one-time services are non-refundable.

If you stop providing documents, we cannot issue a refund.

If we cannot complete the work due to circumstances on our side, we will issue a partial or full refund.

2. Monthly Services
​

Monthly plans are billed in advance.

You may cancel anytime; however, no refunds are issued for the current billing cycle.

Service continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Consulting Sessions
​

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance.

Missed or late cancellations are non-refundable.

4. Chargebacks
​
Attempting to obtain a refund via chargeback instead of contacting us may result in service termination and documentation provided to the payment processor.
